Ongoing AI Advisory

A senior AI partner on retainer: priorities, tool decisions, new automations, and team adoption.
Timeline: business days count from the kickoff call. Admin or editor access to the tools in scope is needed by kickoff; if access isn't ready, the timeline moves with it. Each build runs on platforms you already use and does not include custom software development, data migration, or new software purchases.
Terms: 50% deposit to start, 50% on delivery. For Sprint + 30-Day Support, the balance is due when the second build is handed over, and the 30-day support window starts then. Tools run on platforms you own (for example Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Zapier, Make, n8n, Claude, ChatGPT); software subscriptions are billed to you directly.
